2012 Innsbruck Individual skills challenge

Fanni Gasparics (born 20 November 1994, in Budapest, Hungary)[1] is a Hungarian female ice hockey player who plays for Fakel Chelyabinsk.

Gasparics was member of the Hungarian U18 national team, with them she won promotion to the top division championship in 2012. Hungary, a newcomer in the World stage, went undefeated in the Division I World Championship to produce the biggest success in the history of the Hungarian women's icehockey. Gasparics significantly contributed to the result as she topped the scoring list of the tournament with 10 points (2 goals, 8 assists), together with compatriot Alexandra Huszák (7 goals, 3 assists).[2]

In January 2012 Gasparics also participated at the first ever Winter Youth Olympics, competing in the individual skills challenge, where she came second and collected the silver medal.[3]
