Fairfield and Suisun Transit (FAST) provides general public fixed route service through eight local and four commuter routes. All FAST buses are wheelchair accessible and most are equipped with bike racks. The local routes operate from approximately 6:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from approximately 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Saturday. The SolanoExpress commuter routes consist of Routes 20, 30, 40, and 90. Routes 20 and 30 run Monday through Saturday and Routes 40 and 90 run Monday through Friday only. (Routes 30 and 90 are managed by the Solano Transportation Authority and operated by the City of Fairfield.) FAST does not provide Sunday service. Holidays FAST buses do not run on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Transfers The Fairfield and Suisun Transit system has established two main transfer points located at the Fairfield Transfer Center and Solano Town Center. Buses are scheduled to arrive and depart at the same time so that passengers may transfer between buses conveniently. Transfers are valued at the current FAST local fare. They expire 60 minutes from when they are issued and they are not valid on the route from which they were issued.

Route 1 (FTC/Armijo High School/Fairfield Walmart) Route 1 primarily serves central Fairfield along the stretch of Texas Street. Stops for this route include the Fairfield Transportation Center, Armijo High School, Walmart, and the Fairfield Civic Center. Route 1 operates every 30 minutes on weekdays and hourly on Saturdays. The main transfer point for Route 1 is the Fairfield Transportation Center.

Route 2 (Solano Town Center/Grange Middle School/TAFB Connection) Route 2 serves east Fairfield, parts of Suisun City, and connects with the Route 4 to Travis Air Force Base. Stops for this route include Grange Middle School and the Fairfield Senior Center. This route operates every 30 minutes on weekdays and hourly on Saturdays. The main transfer point for Route 2 is Solano Town Center.

Route 3 (FTC/Solano Town Center/Fairfield Walmart) Route 3 primarily serves the Fairfield Transportation Center, Solano Town Center, and Walmart. This route operates every 30 minutes on weekdays and hourly on Saturdays. The main transfer points for Route 3 are both the Fairfield Transportation Center and Solano Town Center.

Route 4 (Walmart/TAFB/David Grant Med Center) Route 4 serves Walmart and Travis Air Force Base which includes David Grant Medical Center. This route operates hourly on weekdays and Saturdays. The main transfer point for Route 4 is Walmart.

Route 5 (FTC/Amtrak/Suisun City) Route 5 serves the Fairfield Transportation Center, Amtrak Train Station, and the southern areas of Suisun City with stops at the Suisun Senior Center. This route will deviate from its fixed route to Suisun City Hall upon request. Route 5 operates every 30 minutes on weekdays and hourly on Saturdays. The main transfer point for Route 5 is the Fairfield Transportation Center.

Route 6 (Solano Town Center/Central Suisun City) Route 6 serves the Solano Town Center and central Suisun City with stops at the Suisun Senior Center. This route operates every 30 minutes on weekdays and hourly on Saturdays. The main transfer point for Route 6 is Solano Town Center.

Route 7 (FTC/Solano College/Cordelia Library) Route 7 serves the Fairfield Transportation Center and a portion of the Green Valley/Cordelia area. Stops for this route include the Human Services Center, Solano Community College, and the Cordelia Public Library. This route operates every 30 minutes on weekdays and hourly on Saturdays. The main transfer point for Route 7 is the Fairfield Transportation Center.

Route 8 (Cordelia/Rodriguez High School) Route 8 begins at the Cordelia Public Library and serves the Cordelia area with stops at Rodriguez High School and Green Valley Middle School. This route operates hourly on weekdays and Saturdays. The transfer point for Route 8 is the Cordelia Library.

Route 9 (Central Suisun City/Suisun Walmart) Route 9 begins at the Suisun City Senior Center and serves the Suisun Walmart and Lawler Ranch neighborhood. This route operates on half hourly on weekdays and Saturdays. The transfer point for Route 9 is the Suisun City Senior Center.

Route 20 – SolanoExpress (FTC/Vacaville) Route 20 serves the Fairfield Transportation Center and the Vacaville Transportation Center with stops at Solano Town Center and the Davis Street Park and Ride in Vacaville. This route operates hourly on weekdays and Saturdays.

Route 30 – SolanoExpress (FTC/Dixon/Davis/Sacramento) Route 30 serves the area between the Fairfield Transportation Center and Downtown Sacramento. Stops for this route include the Market Lane Park & Ride in Dixon, UC Davis, and the Capitol Mall in Sacramento. Route 30 operates during the weekday commute period with various morning and afternoon runs from approximately 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. This route also operates a limited schedule on Saturdays between 8:13 a.m. and 2:35 p.m.

Route 40 – SolanoExpress (Vacaville/FTC/Walnut Creek BART) Route 40 serves the area between the Vacaville Transportation Center and Walnut Creek BART. Stops include the Fairfield Transportation Center, Industrial Way in Benicia, Pleasant Hill and Walnut Creek BART stations. Route 40 only operates during the weekday commute period with various morning and afternoon runs from approximately 5:00 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. Route 40 operates Monday – Friday only with no service on Saturday.

Route 90 – SolanoExpress (FTC/El Cerrito del Norte BART) Route 90 serves the Fairfield Transportation Center and El Cerrito del Norte BART station. This route includes limited stops at the Suisun Amtrak Train Station. Route 90 operates during weekdays and offers high-frequency peak service in the mornings and evenings. Route 90 operates from approximately 4:00 a.m. to 8:15 p.m., Monday through Friday only with no service on Saturday. DART is the ADA paratransit complement to FAST's local fixed routes. This service is a demand response origin-to-destination service within the cities of Fairfield and Suisun City. Solano Paratransit is the ADA-Plus (exceeds the service area required by ADA) paratransit service that serves cities and unincorporated communities of central and northern Solano County. Vehicles are all wheelchair accessible.
