Fabio Andrés Duarte Arevalo (born 11 June 1986 in Facatativá, Cundinamarca) is a male track and road cyclist from Colombia. He currently rides for UCI Continental team EPM–UNE–Área Metropolitana.[2] He is best known for have rode for Colombia for 4 years. In 2008 he won the 2008 World Under-23 Road Race champion.
