Exosite is a internet of things software as a service company that develops software for companies that views and analyzes data collected from sensors built into physical objects.[1][2] It is co-headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota and Taiwan with additional offices in Hungary and Texas.[3] Hans Rempel, Troy Kopischke and Danny Cunagin founded the company in 2009 and Rempel is Exosite's chief executive officer.[4][5] The company held a $2 million series A funding round in 2012.[6]
In 2014, the company partnered with Texas Instruments to offer its cloud-based internet of things platform on Texas Instruments' LaunchPad series microcontrollers.[7]
