Evijärvi is a municipality of Finland.

It is located in the province of Western Finland and is part of the Southern Ostrobothnia region. The municipality has a population of 2,634 (30 June 2015)[2] and covers an area of 390.71 square kilometres (150.85 sq mi) of which 36.7 km2 (14.2 sq mi) is water.[1] The population density is 7.44 inhabitants per square kilometre (19.3/sq mi).

The municipality is unilingually Finnish.
