Everett A. Kelly (born September 2, 1926) is former member of the Florida House of Representatives representing the 35th district from 1978 to 1982, the 46th district from 1982 to 1992, and the 42nd district from 1992 until 2000. He served as Speaker Pro Tempore from 1900 to 1992. He currently lives in Tavares, Florida with his family.
Education
Kelly was born in 1926 in Foley, Alabama.[1][2] He received a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from the University of Florida, and a Bachelor's degree in Zoology from Florida State University.
