Eurostadium

Eurostadium is a proposed stadium in Grimbergen, Belgium, with a capacity of 50,000 (60,000 potentially).[1] In 2015, the building deadline was set for 2019.[2] It will host UEFA Euro 2020 matches[3] and would become the home ground of the Belgian national football team and RSC Anderlecht.[2][4]

In contrast to the current stadium at the Heysel plain, the King Baudouin Stadium, it will no longer contain an athletic track.[5]

In March 2015 the City of Brussels council chose the Ghelamco/BAM consortium as best candidate to finance, build and exploit the stadium.[6]
