The Gianluigi Porelli Euroleague Executive of the Year is an annual award introduced in the 2004-05 season and given to the league's best CEO. The winner receives the trophy in recognition of his efforts to reach success with his club after the end of the season. Jose Antonio Querejeta of Baskonia was the first recipient of the award, as his team reached the Euroleague 2004-05 season's Euroleague Final. The award has been won by a different person or persons, every year since it was first established.
In 2014, the award was officially named after Gianluigi Porelli,[1] the first president of ULEB.
