Estonian team representatives were Estonian Paralympic Committee president and Estonian Minister of Social Affairs Toomas Vilosius, head secretary Allan Kiil, secretary Maarit Vabrit and coaches Margit Aidla, Mallika Koel, Rein Põldme and Rein Valdru.
