Erick Lizon (born November 29, 1985) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who is currently under contract with the Wichita Thunder of the ECHL.
Playing career
Undafted, Lizon played major junior hockey in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League. Lizon has previously played professionally for the Bakersfield Condors, Laredo Bucks, Oklahoma City Blazers, Rockford IceHogs, Victoriaville Tigres and the Worcester Sharks.
On July 8, 2013, Lizon left the Thunder after two seasons and signed a one-year contract after impressing on loan in the previous season with the Oklahoma City Barons of the American Hockey League.[1] After 12 games with the Barons in the 2013–14 season, Lizon was reassigned to the Wichita Thunder where he remained for the duration of the season.
On May 28, 2015 he moved to the Nottingham Panthers of the Elite Ice Hockey League, signing from the Wichita Thunder of the ECHL. He later pulled out of this deal before the season began.[2]
