Enevo is a leading provider of predictive planning solutions for waste & recycling logisitics. By collecting and analysing data from refuse containers across the world, Enevo is able to create efficiencies and cut the cost of waste collection and incentivise recycling. Enevo simplifies, de-risks and optimises the waste management process, helping to make a sustainable waste-free environment a more achievable proposition.

Enevo ONe combines IoT technology and real-time data and analytics, including trend data from fill-level sensors in waste containers, for optimized planning and routing of collection services. A key component is a self-learning routing engine that adapts to day-to-day changes in demand and enables service providers to cut costs and improve customer service and satisfaction. The company estimates that it can reduce waste collection costs by up to 50%.

Enevo uses SaaS business model in which the customer, typically a municipal or private waste management company or specialist recycler pays a monthly subscription fee.[2]

Enevo was founded by Fredrik Kekäläinen (CEO) and Johan Engström in 2010 to meet the requirement for more effective and efficient waste management and recycling in an increasingly urbanized world. The core management is a seasoned mix of leaders with global growth experience in tech, telco and smart cities: Charbel Aoun (CSO), Pirkka Palomäki (CTO), Mika Uusitalo (CFO).
