Emmet Flood

Emmet Flood was Special Counsel in the George W. Bush Administration. He was part of the White House Counsel Office in the Executive Office of the President (EOP). He is a partner at Williams and Connolly LLP. Flood was a law clerk for Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia prior to being named Deputy Assistant and Special Counsel to the President in 2007.[1]
