The Elks Victory Lodge-Ruby's Grill Building in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma was built in 1929. It has served historically as a specialty store, as a restaurant, and as a meeting hall. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1996.[1]

Formerly housing a Ruby's Grill until 2011, the building now houses as small restaurant known a "Urban Roots." It is currently undergoing renovation of its roof features.
