Elizabeth O'Neill (official)

Elizabeth O'Neill OAM, was a Counsellor (Public Affairs) for the Public Affairs department of the Australian Embassy in Jakarta[1] in service of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.[2] She was killed on 7 March 2007 in the crash of Garuda Indonesia Flight 200 in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.[3] The Elizabeth O'Neill Journalism Award is given annually in her honour.[2]
