Elgsnes Chapel (Norwegian: Elgsnes kapell) is a parish church in the municipality of Harstad in Troms county, Norway. It is located in the village of Elgsnes. The church is part of the Trondenes parish in the Trondenes deanery in the Diocese of Nord-Hålogaland. The chapel is sometimes known as Hans Egedes minne, referring to the famous missionary to Greenland from this part of Harstad in the 17th century. The wooden chapel was built in 1985 and it seats about 100 people.[1]
