element14, is a distributor of technology products and solutions for electronic system design, maintenance and repair.[1] It is the Asian Pacific trading brand of global electronics distributor Premier Farnell plc,[2] which is a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index listed on the London Stock Exchange.

element14 has operations in 10 countries in Asia Pacific with three regional distribution hubs in Singapore, Shanghai and Sydney.[3]

History

Since 2010 element14 has replaced the historical brands of Premier Electronics, Farnell and Farnell-Newark.[4]

It is named for silicon, the 14th element and the substrate of integrated circuits.

Products

element14 stocks over 500,000 products [5] from over 3,500 suppliers including Vishay, TE Connectivity, Molex, Microchip, National Semiconductor, STMicroelectronics, EPCOS, KEMET, Altera, Omron, Bridgelux, Texas Instruments, and Panasonic.[6]
