Eduard Aleksandrovich Basurin[2] (Russian: Эдуард Александрович Басурин; born 27 June 1966) is Deputy Defence Minister and defence spokesman of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic.[3][4] In 2014 he served as a political commissar of the Kalmius Battalion.[1]
