Edgardo Guilbe (born 18 March 1966 in Ponce, Puerto Rico) is a retired Puerto Rican sprinter who specialized in the 200 metres. His personal best time was 20.53 seconds, achieved in July 1989 in San Juan.[1]
He won the gold medal at the 1989 Central American and Caribbean Championships and silver medals at the 1990 Central American and Caribbean Games and the 1993 Central American and Caribbean Championships. He also competed at the 1988 Olympic Games and the 1993 World Championships without reaching the final.

Edgardo was representative LAI in 1987 Summer Universiade in Zagreb, SR Croatia, SFR Yugoslavia. Won Bronze Medal in 200 mts. He was the first Puerto Rican to win a medal.
