Easynet
Easynet is a managed service provider with over twenty years’ experience delivering integrated networks, hosting and unified communications services to organisations across the globe.
The company is headquartered in United Kingdom, and has offices throughout Europe, Asia Pacific, and the US.
History
Founded in 1994, by David Rowe and Keith Teare, Easynet was owned by British Sky Broadcasting, from 2006 to 2010. In 2010, Easynet announced its sale from BSkyB (Sky) to Lloyds Development Capital (LDC), the private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group.
In October 2015, Easynet was acquired by Interoute, the owner-operator of one of Europe's largest networks and a global cloud services platform.[1]
