EURECA Program
EURECA (Enhancing University Research and Entrepreneurial Capacity) is a joint multi-year US-Russia program aimed at building innovation ecosystems and expanding entrepreneurial and technology transfer capacities through US-Russia university partnerships. The goal is to help national research universities learn how to commercialize the results of university research, which will allow for the development of new products and services.[1]
EURECA is funded by the US Russia Foundation for Economic Advancement and the Rule of Law (USRF) and is implemented in partnership with the Russian Ministry of Education and Science. The program is administered by American Councils for International Education (US) and the New Eurasia Foundation (Russia).

- Lobachevsky State University of Nizhny Novgorod (NNSU)
US Universities:
