Founded in 2007 by Justin Kalifowitz, Downtown is headquartered in the SoHo district of New York City and represents a catalog of more than 80,000 titles.[3] In 2013, Downtown opened its second office in Los Angeles,[4] and in 2014 opened offices in London,[3] Nashville,[5] and Amsterdam.[6]
