Broadcast areas

The 2006 Games were filmed in California and produced by 7ATE9 Entertainment.[1]

In 2007 and 2008 the Games were filmed at Disney's Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World Resort, Florida.

The 2007 Games were produced by Disney Channel,[2] and 2008 were produced by Buena Vista Television and Penn/Bright Entertainment.[3]

End of event

A Disney spokesperson confirmed on February 4, 2009 that the Disney Channel Games would not be held in that year due to lack of actor availability due to program filming, concert tours, time off and other reasons. Instead the network has devoted charity efforts under the Disney's Friends for Change initiative. Likewise, an edition in 2010 was unplanned.[4]
