Diplomys is a genus of rodent in the family Echimyidae. They are found in Costa Rica, Ecuador, Colombia and Panama.
It contains the following species:
- Arboreal soft-furred spiny rat (Diplomys caniceps)
- Rufous tree rat (Diplomys labilis)
- Red crested tree rat (Diplomys rufodorsalis) – often placed in monotypic genus Santamartamys instead.
