Diogo Sousa Ribeiro ( born 14 January 1991 in Coimbra) is a Portuguese footballer who plays as a forward for Segunda Liga club Mafra on loan from Belenenses.

Club career

In the season 2011-2012, he shined with Sertanense, scoring 16 goals in 32 games, and secured a contract with Sporting Braga.[1] In January 2013, Ribeiro was sent on loan to Desportivo das Aves until June.[2]

On 21 June 2014, he agreed a one-year deal with Polish top division side Lechia Gdańsk.[3] However, this would only last a few months and in November, Ribeiro signed for Belenenses.[4] He would make his debut on 7 March, on a 1-1 away draw against Vitória de Setúbal.

In the summer of 2015, Ribeiro was loaned for one season to Segunda Liga club Mafra.[5]
