Corazón "Dinky" Solíman y Juliano (born January 27, 1953) is the current secretary of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) in the Philippines, appointed by President Benigno Aquino III on June 30, 2010. She once held the position under former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo but later resigned in 2005 as a result of the Hello Garci scandal.[1]
She obtained her B.S. in Social Work and Master of Social Work degrees from the University of the Philippines Diliman.
