Dilshad Nahar Kona, better known by her nickname Kona, is a Bangladeshi singer. She is a versatile singer and she was one of member of First Bangladeshi Female Band namely 'Angel 4' which was formed in the year 2003.

Early life

Her childhood was with her parents, one brother and one sister. She was a student of Moghbazar Girl's High School and Lalmatia College, Dhaka.[1]

Music career

Kona's first album was released in 1999, although she prefers to claim that her debut album is Jamitik Bhalobasha, which was released in 2006,[2] thus, "Jametic Bhalobasha is her second solo album. Her third solo album Fuad featuring Kona was released in 2008 named Kona. Her fourth solo album, Simply Kona,was launched on August 18, 2011.[3]

Kona sang over 500 Jingle for Local and International Products and has given Voice over for more than 150 Local and International Products.

Playback

Kona also did Playback in over 100 Bangladeshi Films.

Live Stage Shows

Kona did perform in more than 20 Live Musical Events in Abroad. And has performed in over 1,000 Live Stage Shows in Bangladesh.

TV Host & MC

Kona is also a very famous TV Host & MC in Bangladesh. Kona hosted over 10 regular TV Shows on Music based Program on Bangladeshi Satellite TV Channels.
