Dilly Braimoh

Dilly Braimoh (born 1953) is an African-British television presenter, producer and freelance journalist. Abandoned by his parents as a baby, he was raised in Beechholme, a children's home in Fir Tree Road, Banstead, Surrey, since demolished in 1975.

One of his early television jobs was presenting Beechholme Kids (Thames TV), a programme on how children who were raised in orphanages and 'care homes', fared after they had left the institutions.

He has been both print and radio journalist; (BBC World Service , BBC Radio 4 and British Forces Broadcasting Service), reported for and presented many British television programmes; adventure sports, health, The Treatment (Thames TV), travel, Travel Xpress (Carlton TV), education, Education Extra (Channel 4), consumer, Advice Shop (BBC TV), produced the children's cookery show, Planet Nosh (Carlton TV) and reported for This Morning (Granada Television). He also presented his own television series, Dilly Down Town and Dilly Dines Out for Carlton TV.
