Derbyshire, Leicestershire & Rutland Air Ambulance (DLRAA), (previously known as County Air Ambulance before 2008), is an air ambulance service providing a helicopter emergency medical service to the counties of Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Rutland.[1][2][3][4]
On average the service embarks on 4 missions everyday, and serves a total area of 2,100 square miles, that contains 1.4 million people.[5]
The service is overseen by The Air Ambulance Service, who also oversee the Warwickshire & Northamptonshire Air Ambulance and The Children's Air Ambulance.
