Dendropsophus elianeae is a species of frog in the Hylidae family. It is found in Brazil and possibly Paraguay. Its natural habitats are moist savanna, subtropical or tropical moist shrubland, freshwater marshes, and intermittent freshwater marshes. It is threatened by habitat loss.
