Dehkanabad District (Dehqonobod, Деҳқонобод) is a district of Qashqadaryo Region in Uzbekistan. The capital lies at Karashina.
Dekhjanabad district was established on September 29, 1926. In 1962, Dekhkanabad was merged into Guzar district, another district in Qashqadaryo Region, and in 1971 it was separated from Guzar. Dekhknabad District is located south-east of Qashqadaryo Region. It is bordered with Guzar District from north-west, Kamashi District from north-east, Surxondaryo Region from south-east, Turkmenistan from west side. Area 4.0 thousand kilometer square, population 110 thousand.[1]
