Dean Phoenix (born April 25, 1974 in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico) is a pornographic actor.
Career
His first same-sex sex scene was with Tanner Hayes in the video, 1st Time Tryers #9, released by All Worlds Video in 1998. For the next several years, Phoenix appeared in two dozen videos. He retired from the adult film industry in late 2000. In 2004, Phoenix was coaxed out of retirement when John Rutherford of Colt Studio presented Phoenix with the Jerry Douglas script for Buckleroos.
Phoenix's role in Buckleroos marked the first time he bottomed on film. The role garnered him awards for "Best Actor" and "Best Sex Scene" at the 2005 GayVN Awards.
He continues to be active in the gay porn industry, recently performing the lead role in the Jet Set Men movie, "ON FIRE!", and subsequent appearances for the Jet Set Men website, exclusive web scenes-known as Jet Set Straight Edge-where most notably he bottoms for Hayden Stephens, for only the second time on film.[2]
