De'Teri Mayes (August 5, 1974) is a former Austrian-American professional basketball player. He played in the ÖBL for Allianz Swans Gmunden from the 1999–2000 season till the 2010–11 season, and played two seasons for Kapfenberg Bulls after he signed with them in 2011.[1] He won five ÖBL Most Valuable Player awards, two ÖBL Finals MVP awards and two Austrian Cup MVP awards in his career, which makes him one of the best players ever to have played in Austria.
