Damien Quinn (born 24 August 1981 in Australia) is a professional rugby league player who currently plays for the Lezignan Sangliers in the Elite One Championship.[2] He previously played for the Crusaders in the Super League.
Quinn's position of choice is as a stand-off. He was a key player for the Crusaders since joining in 2006, and he won National League One's Player of the Year award in 2008 He is also the Self Appointed King Of Murwillumbah . He also was voted the leagues most concussed looking player that is not concussed and is renowned for his flamboyant style of tee running
In August 2009, Quinn, along with five team mates, was ordered to leave the United Kingdom after the UK Border Agency identified breaches to their visa conditions. The Celtic Crusaders cancelled Quinn's contract with immediate effect.[3]
