Dali County is a county of Weinan, Shaanxi, China.
Dali County is a county in Weinan city of Shaanxi Province in China. It covers 1766 square kilometers. The population in 2002 was 690 thousand. Its economy focuses on agriculture, mainly yielding cotton and fruits, such as watermelon. Dali was a county dated back to Qin Dynasty. It used to be named as Linjin, Dali, Wuxiang, Fengyi, Tongzhou, etc.

Dali County governs 13 towns which are Chengguan, Zhaoyi, Xuzhuang, Nianqiao, Fengcun, Anren, Shuangquan, Liangyi, Fanjia, Gaoming, Guanchi, Qiangbai, and Weilin, as well as 13 villages which are Nianqiao, Duanjia, Hujia, Buchang, Boshi, Shicao, Sucun, Bayu, Xiazhai, Xizhai, Zhangjia, Shadi, Pingmin, and Zhaodu.

- Xiandeng Ma was an official and a successful candidate in the highest imperial examinations in late Qing Dynasty.
