DXJR (1575 kHz Cagayan De Oro) Media Higala is an AM station owned and operated by Cagayan de Oro College in the Philippines, located at 6th floor of COC-Phinma Building, Max Suniel street, Carmen, Cagayan De Oro.
Media Higala is the first TeleRadyo in Cagayan De Oro. The radio booth is considered as the studio, where hosts and guests will exchange banters. The word higala is the Cebuano word for friend.
