Craig Overton (born 10 April 1994 in Barnstaple, Devon) is an English cricketer who plays for Somerset County Cricket Club. He is a right-arm medium-fast pace bowler who also bats right-handed.[1] He made his debut for the county in the 2012 County Championship against Lancashire.[2] His twin brother, Jamie, also plays for Somerset.[3]

Overton received his first international call-up in June 2015 when he was selected as cover for Chris Jordan for England's third One Day International against New Zealand.[4] During a County Championship match in September 2016 Overton abused Pakistani batsman Ashar Zaidi whilst bowling. He received a two match ban as a result of the incident. Zaidi later called on Overton to apologise for the abuse.[5][6][7][8]
