Cortney Grixby (born February 14, 1986) is a former gridiron football cornerback who is currently the defensive backs coach for the Omaha Beef of Champions Indoor Football. He was signed by the Carolina Panthers as an undrafted free agent in 2008. He played college football at Nebraska.
Grixby has also been a member of the St. Louis Rams and Montreal Alouettes.
Professional career
Lincoln Haymakers
Grixby joined the Lincoln Haymakers in 2012.[1] Grixby was named to the All-CPIFL team at the conclusion of the season.[2]
Return to Omaha
On March 25, 2014, Grixby was traded to the Omaha Beef for two conditional picks.[3]
