Corteolona is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Pavia in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 40 km southeast of Milan and about 15 km east of Pavia. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,017 and an area of 10.0 km².[1]
Corteolona borders the following municipalities: Belgioioso, Costa de' Nobili, Filighera, Genzone, Gerenzago, Inverno e Monteleone, Santa Cristina e Bissone, Torre de' Negri.
