Cornard Mere

Cornard Mere is a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) near the village of Little Cornard in the English county of Suffolk. The site, which is 6.09 hectares (15.0 acres) in area, is on the banks of the River Stour and consists of areas of seasonally flooded fen and marshland with areas of woodland and open water on the site.[1] The site also forms part of a nature reserve managed by Suffolk Wildlife Trust.[2]
