The Queen Purple Tip, Regal Purple Tip, or Large Violet Tip (Colotis regina) is a butterfly of the Pieridae family. It is found in the Afrotropic ecozone.
The wingspan is 45–62 mm. The adults fly year-round.[1]
The larvae feed on Boscia and Capparis species.[1]
