Colorado is a district and village in the canton of Abangares, Guanacaste Province in Costa Rica.[1]
The district has a population of about 4,800 people.[2]
Villages
Administrative center of the district is the town of Colorado.
Other villages are Barbudal, Gavilanes, Higuerilla, Huacas (partly), Monte Potrero, Quebracho, Peñablanca, San Buenaventura, San Joaquín, Solimar and Villafuerte.[1]
