Colin Miller (born August 21, 1971) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player.

Miller played four years (1988 - 1992) of major junior hockey in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) with both the Niagara Falls Thunder and Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds, scoring 123 goals and 222 assists for 345 points, while earning 172 penalty minutes, in 248 games played.

Miller went on to play seven seasons of professional hockey, playing 213 games in the ECHL and 276 games in the International Hockey League, before retiring following the 1998–99 season.
