The Colerain High School Show Cards are a competition show choir whose performances feature singing, dancing, backdrops, costume changes, and a live band. In recent years the nationally acclaimed Show Cards have emerged as one of the premier choral groups in North America, routinely turning in dazzling performances before thousands of delighted audience members each season. Consistent finalists and grand champions in both regional and national competitions, the Show Cards enjoy a well-deserved reputation as a talented and highly entertaining ensemble. Backed by the award winning Cardinal Syndicate. The Show Cards are under the direction of Michael and Randie Parks with choreography by Jason Johnson.
Winning multiple Grand Champions and caption awards year to year. They have competed in several national competitions such as FAME Branson. Also recently the Show Cards competed in the 2012 World Choir Games receiving a silver medal ranking competing against other Show Choirs from around the world.
The school's marching band is very successful. With over 120 performers-and growing-is the largest organization in the school making up of 4% of students in the school. Most Recently, The Academic Quiz Team of 2015, defeated the reigning Champs of the GMC in the Conference Tournament, due in no small part to the return of J-Dowl to the Coaching arena.
