Cochylis molliculana is a moth of the family Tortricidae. It is found in Great Britain, France, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Greece and Cyprus.

The wingspan is 11–15 mm.[3]

The larvae feed on Picris echioides. They feed within the seedheads of their host plant.[4]
