Coach Trip 2 was the second series of Coach Trip (a Channel 4 programme) that was filmed from May to July 2005 (before Safeway became defunct) and aired from 22 May to 30 June 2006. This year the trip was centred on Mediterranean countries. Brendan returned as the tour guide, the narrator was once again Andy Love and the registration number plate once again was T100 MTT. Paul Donald was the driver for the first time.
Broadcasts
The second series aired at 2:55pm instead of its usual time compared to the previous series (and then repeated between July and August 2007).

Notes
^1 John and Kerry were yellow-carded without being voted off on the beginning of day 7 for timekeeping issues, for example if timekeeping issues continue they would have been removed with a second yellow card and a red card on following days.
^2 Alan and Lorenzo were removed with a red card on Day 14 because of the pair not bothering to get out of bed in the morning. The pair had a hangover because they were partying with recent leavers Kat and Clare the night before and felt it was time to walk coinciding with the departure of their friends. Brendan had no choice but to give the pair a red card and to leave them with a £374 hotel bill amid complaints from other guests regarding the previous night's revelry.
^3 Doris & Ann were banned from voting, but they were eligible to being voted for, due to them coming last in the quiz and then didn't receive any votes on that day but Ivor & Andrea were immune from any votes, but they could vote, due to them winning the quiz.
^4 Votes were cancelled due to the sad news of 7 July 2005.
^5 Victoria and Jackson were removed with a red card on Day 21 for not wanting to continue on the tour.
^6 Ivor and Andrea were removed with a red card on Day 23 for overtaking Day 22's vote and refusing to continue into the final day.
The trip, by day
Arrival Day and Day 1 of the trip - Madrid part 1
Starting from Madrid, a new coachload of 14 intrepid travellers head off across Europe in the second series of the travel programme with a difference.
Day 2 - Segovia/Madrid part 2
The tourists travel north to the picturesque city of Segovia and try cooking an authentic Segovian dish. But will the reasons revealed for the voting cause group friction?
Day 3 - Salamanca/Madrid part 3
The coach makes the trip to Salamanca and the passengers try their hands at pottery, and partake in a very unconventional Spanish lesson.
Day 4 - Monfortinho
The group cross the border into Portugal, where they visit the picturesque spa town of Monfortinho to experience some relaxing spa treatments.
Day 5 - Tomar
Two new couples join the coach and journey deeper into Portugal to visit the historical town of Tomar. Brendan's frustration with the group's timekeeping increases.
Day 6 - Lisbon
The coach reaches Lisbon, where the couples visit the Oceanarium. Alan gets very excited about the fish, while Rae seems to like Paolo the guide!
Day 7 - Faro
The day doesn't start well as John and Kerry keep everybody waiting, but they have to pay the price. When they do hit the road the coach trippers travel south to Faro, in the Algarve.
Day 8 - Lagos
The coach visits Lagos, but some of the party aren't feeling 100% and can't make the trip. Brendan arranges an exclusive boat trip but can't join it due to his sea sickness.
Day 9 - Seville + Tapas street fights
Alan and Lorenzo get into trouble for impersonating Brendan. The journey to Seville gets off to a bad start when the toilet gets blocked, and tempers fray further throughout the day.
Day 10 - Jerez + Broken down Landtrain
The trip continues through Spain to Jerez and the tourists visit a honey farm, where some of them are a bit nervous about the bees.
Day 11 - Gibraltar
The group travel through Spain from Jerez to Gibraltar to meet two new arrivals. On reaching their destination Brendan's feathers are ruffled by a 'local' tour guide.
Day 12 - Morocco (Mopokkω)
The group travel into Africa to experience the rich and vibrant culture of Tangier in Morocco, as well as enjoying a belly dance from some locals... and one or two members of the group.
Day 13 - Marbella/Mijas
The group travel back to Europe and spend the day enjoying water sports in Marbella, where Dave has some unexpected results, while two new members join the trip.
Day 14 - Granada + Stationary Traffic
The coach continues its journey across Spain to visit the historical city of Granada. The morning gets off to a stressful start with the shock departure of two members.
Day 15 - Almeria
With only five couples on board, Joy and Paul join the coach as it makes its way to Almeria.
Day 16 - Benidorm
Half way through the trip, the coach heads to the busy resort of Benidorm, where the passengers are introduced to two new members, Jess and Becky.
Day 17 - Ibiza
With friends Victoria and Jackson joining the trip, the coach travels from Denia to the party island of Ibiza, where the contestants receive a yoga lesson and DJ Doris is unveiled!
Day 18 - Tarragona
Friends Paul and Tim join the Coach Trip, which pulls into Tarragona in Spain.
Day 19 - Perpignan
The coach crosses the French border and pulls into Perpignan, where the couples take part in a beach rugby game; but will they play fair?
Day 20 - Montpellier/Sète
The coach travels to Montpellier, and the party receive a cookery lesson, but temperatures rapidly reach boiling point.
Day 21 - Marseille + London bombings
It's day 21 and the couples visit picturesque Marseille where the tourists enjoy a riding lesson. But some shocking news from home prompts two couples to decide it's time to leave.
Day 22 - Sainte-Maxime/Cannes part 1
The party makes its way to Ste Maxime.
Day 23 - Cannes part 2/Grasse/Antibes
The coach pulls in at Antibes, where the group are joined by two new couples and visit a perfumery to put their sense of smell to the test.
Day 24 (Day XXIV) - Cannes part 3/Portofino
The coach crosses the border into Italy and visits the fashionable town of Portofino. Two new passengers join the party and quickly learn to muck in with coach activities.
Day 25 (Day XXV) - Lucca
The group celebrate as they travel through the Tuscan countryside to the city of Lucca. Tim is in for a nasty surprise as he realises he has lost something.
Day 26 (Day XXVI) - Maranello
The journey continues to Maranello.
Day 27 (XXVII) - Modena
The coach is on the road early, heading for the city of Modena where the travellers visit a balsamic vinegar farm - but not everybody is interested.
Day 28 (Day XXVIII) - Verona
The coach trippers pay a visit to the romantic city of Verona.
Day 29 (Day XXIX) - Milan
The travellers reach their final destination Milan and start the day with some shopping. The voting system changes today as everybody votes for the couple they want to win.
Day 30 (Day XXX) - The last day
The final episode of the series takes a look back at all the fantastic destinations and some of the more colourful characters who have appeared on the Coach Trip.
