Club de Fútbol Nuevo León
Club of Nuevo León Soccer was a Mexican soccer team that played in the First Mexican division as well as in lower leagues such as the Second division, Second " A" and Second " B". It was based in the city of Monterrey, Nuevo León.
History
In 1957, a group brought together by Lauro Leal, Caesar M. Saldaña, Manolo Pando and Ramon Pedroza Langarica founded Club of Nuevo León Soccer in the city of Monterrey. The club immediately received the nickname Brave. The base of the team constituted on Sport Anáhuac, an team that just had been formed in the old North League. The first directive is conformed of the following form: President: Lauro Leal, Secretary: Caesar M. Saldaña, Treasurer: Bulging Manuel Vowels, Arq: Efraín Farías and Cutberto Ancira. The first president of Esmeralda' club was Lauro Leal, within one week he was succeeded by Noah Elizondo, when its treasurer, Bulging Manolo was also designated as trainer of the team.
Nuevo León made its debut in the Second Mexican division in the 1958–59 season on the 13 July against Reboceros in The Mercy, winning the encounter 1–0 with a goal by Carlos Guerrero. The first alignment of Jabatos was the following one: Miguel " Cabrito" Rodriguez, Muñiz, Camacho, Arizmendi, Oscar de Alba, Ignacio "Nachito" Hernandez, Héctor " Píjola" Small, Juan Fidalgo, Carlos Guerrero, Mingo Herrera and Orozco. The team's first victory on the premises in Monterrey, occurred on 20 July 1958, with a 4–3 margin over Querétaro with a goal after 50 seconds by Orozco, and the rest by Juan Fidalgo, Carlos Guerrero and Lizazo. The team stayed until the end of the season 1959–60 with firm step in the second national division, but also that was a year in which it had its first name change. In the first months of 1960, the Young wild boars stopped existing, many economic problems caused the club was yielded to UANL and would happen to be called Tigres for the last two matches, its last game as Brave was on 6 March 1960 with a 5–4 defeat by National of Guadalajara, game played in the city of Monterrey.
After just a short time, the president of Tigers of the UANL Ernesto Jasso Rosemary decided to return the tax exemption to the Club of Saline Nuevo León Soccer selling it to Sergio, so 21 September 1962 marked the official name change. In those then Young wild boars Lorenzo Milmo, Sergio Saline, Sergio Belden, Luis Lauro González and Francisco Barrenechea were handled by people like Alexander Belden. On 25 September of the same year the change became official and Peruvian August Arrasco was presented/displayed as technician. Nuevo Leo'n returned to the second division playing against Pachuca, winning by mark of 4–2 in Technological Stage, with two goals by Zulueta and others by " Chebo" Muñoz and Paco I mount. The alignment in this game was the following: Mancillas, Thompson, Bravo, Medina, " Zorro" Vargas, I mount, Chava Vargas, Gallaga, Muñiz, Pequeño and Zulueta.
The season 1963–64 marked a change of presidency in the club. Sergio Saline took the reins of Sport Nuevo León and the equipment began to resurge until conquering the ascent in the season 1965–66. On 5 December 1965 the Nuevo León Club obtained the title of Second Mexican division, in a game of tie break against Tampico played in Leon. This because both finished with 47 points, the Young wild boars won by mark of 2–1 with goals by Hilario Vestibules and Luis Lopez, whereas by the Tampico frame " Chorejas" Contreras. The alignment of the Brave Champions was the following one: Enrique Lozano, Frank Alfredo, Caesarean Mendoza, Loved Navarrese, Carlos " Bobo" Rodriguez, Luis Lopez and Francisco Javier Lima, Fernando " Henra" Ramirez, Hilario Vestibules, Rubén Ceja and Leopoldo Beard; with Augusto Arrasco like technician. That same year the Young wild boars also gained the title of Champion of Champions of the second division, first losing 1–0 with Pachuca in Monterrey with goal of Fal Youngest child, but soon prevailed 3–1 like visitor, with two annotations of Vestibules and another one of Pole Beard. With the victory they secured before the Tampico, the Nuevo León obtained automatic ascent to first division, and so from 1966 would play in the maximum circuit.
Directed by one dupla conformed by Paulino Sanchez and Alberto Etcheverry, who at the same time was a player, the Young wild boars Leon made their presentation in the maximum circuit in the season again 1966–67, being in sixth general place. The Young wild boars of the Nuevo León Club were in history like the team that gained the first victory in University Stage, and this one was on Selection of soccer of Mexico. For the season 1987–88 the Club is revivido by the Rivero brothers, having acquired a tax exemption of second " B". The Young wild boars took the league and in his first season obtained the title and the ascent to Second " A". In the season 1988–89 arrived at liguilla from Second " A" national, but would lose with Deer of Yucatan and the ascent hopes died. Due to the lack of support of industrialists in Monterrey the Rivero brothers decides to sell the tax exemption to " Group Leo" Cocktail snacks; they take that it to Forecastle and] turn into From Leon of Forecastle that descended to Second " B " in the season 1990–91 and in this way the aim of the Young wild boars.
In 2006 Danny Anthony Caamano was the youngest athlete to join the team and was a magnificent player. He led the team to the Mexican Sectional division. He played forward and scored a total of 14 goals. He later retired at 21.
