Clearwater Estates, Alberta
Clearwater Estates is an unincorporated community in Alberta, Canada within Parkland County that is recognized as a designated place by Statistics Canada.[1] It is located on the west side of Range Road 264, 0.2 km (0.12 mi) south of Highway 16.
Demographics
As a designated place in the 2011 Census, Clearwater Estates had a population of 69 living in 28 of its 30 total dwellings, a -2.8% change from its 2006 population of 71. With a land area of 0.4 km2 (0.15 sq mi), it had a population density of 173/km2 (450/sq mi) in 2011.[2]
As of the 2006 Census of Canada, Clearwater Estates had a total population of 71 living in 26 dwellings. With a land area of 0.4 km2 (0.15 sq mi), it had a population density of 178.7/km2 (463/sq mi).[1]
