Claudia O'Doherty

Claudia O'Doherty is an Australian standup comedian, who has won awards including the 2009 Melbourne Fringe Best Comedy Award and the Brisbane Comedy Festival Award for her debut show Monsters of the Deep 3D. O'Doherty is also a published author, having co-written 100 Facts About Pandas with David O'Doherty and Mike Ahern.

O'Doherty's father is Mental as Anything band member and acclaimed artist, Reg Mombassa (Chris O'Doherty).[1]

O'Doherty has appeared on Scott Aukerman's comedy podcast Comedy Bang! Bang! alongside "Weird Al" Yankovic,[2] Jimmy Pardo, Nick Kroll,[3] Stars,[4] and Peaches,[5] among others. She has also appeared on the TV series Comedy Bang! Bang! alongside Lil Jon.

O'Doherty also is an actor and illusionist, having appeared on the television show Problems,[6] and in Judd Apatow's film Trainwreck, opposite Bill Hader and Amy Schumer.[7]

In 2014, O'Doherty appeared in The Inbetweeners 2 as an airline rep.

In January 2015, she appeared on the British panel show QI alongside Jimmy Carr, Suggs, regular panellist Alan Davies and host Stephen Fry.
