Claire Brésolles
Claire Brésolles, who became Pierre Brésolles, born 10 November 1929, was a French athlete in the 100m and 200m. She was 3rd in the Oslo European Championship in 1946 for 100m.
She is notoriously known because she was a man. She chose to wear the name Peter, got married and became a father. Her main opponent, Léa Caurla, with whom she won tournaments in turn, proved also to be a man. Leah is now Leo. Together they broke the record for the 4 x France 100m relay.
