Cira Centre South is a complex of two skyscrapers under construction in the University City district of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, which is across the Schuylkill River from Center City Philadelphia. The location of the buildings is between Walnut Street and Chestnut Street south of 30th Street Station and the Old Post Office Building.

The structure will consist of two towers, the commercial Cira Walnut Tower and the residential Cira Chestnut Tower (also known as Evo Cira Centre South[1]). Evo is now under construction and is specifically marketed towards graduate students and professionals. The tower will rise a total of 33 floors and 430 feet.[2][3] It is being jointly developed by Brandywine Realty Trust, Campus Crest Communities, and Harrison Street Real Estate Capital.[3]

As of October 31, 2013, Brandywine has secured two tenants for the Walnut tower. FMC Corporation has signed a 16-year deal for 253,000 square feet. The University of Pennsylvania has signed a 20-year lease for 100,000 square feet. The 575,000 square feet of office space is now 61% leased and will begin construction in 2014. The top floors of the tower will include 260 luxury apartments. Lastly, there will be 10,000 square feet of retail on the ground floor. The building will be 830,000 square feet in total and is officially called the FMC Tower at Cira Centre South. The tower will rise a total of 50 floors and 730 feet. Once topped out, it will be the 6th tallest building in the city of Philadelphia.
